Worthington Building C
This smart-growth development is part of a two-phase plan built by Keystone Custom Homes. With the main floor featuring restaurants, shops and various businesses, convenience is a mere few steps away. Built on the recently expanded corridor of Oregon Pike, this community offers both hiking and biking trails leading to the seventy-acre nature preserve of Landis Valley and is minutes from historic downtown Lancaster and Americas Coolest Small Town, Lititz, PA.
The Lofts at Worthington offer 32 luxurious floor plans. These apartments are one to two bedrooms and loft options offering gourmet kitchens with granite countertops, cathedral ceilings, large living spaces, and elevator access.
Prominent parts of the design were the views from the apartments. With a beautiful fountain and professionally landscaped green spaces leading to the hiking and biking trails, this project embraced the beauty of nature surrounding it.
The most impressive aspect of this project was the addition of loft space into the roof structure to several of the third floor plans. This added loft feature set it apart from the other units and enhances their marketability. Copper accents added into the roof design created a unique and interesting design feature enhancing the curb appeal to the building.
Northwood Gardens at Kirkland Village
This new community consists of luxury, single-home privacy condo-style living for active people fifty-five years of age and over. With corner location design, these condos provide multiple views of the beautiful surroundings including a community garden and walking trails.
Northwood Gardens offers six unique and customizable floor plans: Angelica, Bayberry, Cardinal, Dalia, Evergreen and Hummingbird. The condos have one to two bedroom options each with its own covered terrace.
This project also kept in mind the value of nature by keeping all utilities underground, a loop road for future expansion, site lighting, sidewalks and covered connected walkways linking Northwoods Gardens to the existing facility.
In keeping with the historic architecture of the area, beveled soffits were added to the structures giving unique character and charm to the buildings.
