CoStar Office Building

The CoStar project is a 26-story office tower that incorporates a six-story mass timber multi-use component, blending high-rise construction with sustainable building systems. Quality Buildings’ scope focused on a 24,000-square-foot portion of the mass timber structure, where the team provided mass timber installation services for over 220 CLT panels delivered across 51 truckloads. This phase of the project required precise coordination and sequencing to manage material flow and installation within a dense urban environment. The result highlights QB’s ability to efficiently execute large-scale mass timber installations as part of complex, multi-system developments.
