The Reserves at Greenfield

The Reserves at Greenfield is an 82-unit apartment community featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences across 16 floorplan designs. Built over a first-level elevated concrete podium with four stories of wood framing above, the project required precise coordination across multiple structural systems and trades. Quality Buildings delivered a full turnkey framing package, including procurement and installation of wood framing, prefabricated wall panels, floor systems, roof trusses, sheathing, shear wall bracing, blocking, and window installation. Through detailed preconstruction planning and off-site fabrication, QB reduced on-site labor, improved efficiency, and maintained schedule performance throughout this complex multi-level build.
