The Villas at Hotel Hershey

The Villas at Hotel Hershey are guest villas on the campus of The Hotel Hershey in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The 48,000 SF expansion gives resort guests a private, residential-style stay with full access to the hotel’s amenities. The villas are arranged along a curving drive, and the design team gave each building a cottage character with gabled rooflines, dormers and covered porches. Quality Buildings provided a turnkey prefabricated framing package for the project, covering design, supply and installation. QB engineered and fabricated the framing components off site, then installed them villa by villa. Working building by building let the project partners keep the site organized and hand off each completed frame to the next phase of work while QB moved on to the next villa.
